DNA
theGathering
theGathering is our bi-weekly worship gathering. We meet Fellowship of Christians on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month at 7PM during the fall and spring semesters.
FOCUS
FOCUS is an acronym that stands for Forgetting Ourselves to Concentrate on Understanding our Savior. This is our version of a Bible study. We meet on Sunday mornings at 9:15AM at “The Spot” (the small building on the left side of Fellowship of Christians) before our Sunday morning worship service.
LIFE Groups
LIFE is another acronym. We like acronyms around here. LIFE stands for Loving Informal Fellowship Experience, and that’s basically what these are. LIFE Groups are a place to hang out and fellowship with each other. We’ve got several of these that meet at different tiems and places throughout the week. For more information check out the link to the right or contact us.
Monday Prayer
Each Monday morning we start the week with a campus wide prayer time. We meet at Doc’s Place on the couches at 7AM. Come with your prayer requests when you can, leave when you need to get to class. We look forward to seeing you there.
Social Activities
Are you one that enjoys getting out and interacting with your friends? Each semester we find ways to accomplish this through intramurals at TECH, tailgating at home football games, and hiking and camping. Each spring we have a weekend retreat that you don’t want to miss. The the “News” section on this site and the blog will keep you informed on dates, times, and locations.
Service Projects
As you can see from our logo, the word SERVE is that the very core of who we are as a campus ministry. Each semester we find ways to serve the campus, community, and the Church. Assisting with Orientation week, providing meals for the TECH atheletic teams and the ATU band, and clean-up at Choices Pregnancy Center are just a few of the ways we serve. The “News” section will keep you updated on ways to be involved.
International Students
TECH Fellowship desires to build a relationship with you built on trust, genuine care, and a mutual exchange of our cultures. Come be a part of our cooking class where you can create a dish for everyone to enjoy with your unique international flavor. Based on interest, an ESL Bible study may be offered as well. Contact Megan or Nancy Heikkila at (479) 264-7779 for more information.
